IT Project Management Consltant (Inhose)




In Poland - Hybrid or flly remote



As an IT Project Management Consltant yo will be part of the Bsiness Integration Grop, consisting of 9 people that are focsing on IT project management, IT Conslting and Bsiness Process Modeling. This position will be allocated to the project management team where yo will manage yor own projects, spport the Bsiness and Central Fnction teams as well as the managers with yor expertise.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 6 to PLN 8 gross/month (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Project Management: Plan and control IT-related bsiness projects, manage internal and external project resorces, monitor project stats, and provide reglar reporting to management.

Stakeholder Advisory & Problem Solving: Provide advisory spport to stakeholders, deliver insights into project challenges and soltions, and drive pragmatic problem-solving in line with reglations and internal framework conditions.

Technical Conslting & Soltion Design: Contribte to the creation and oversight of technical concepts and soltion designs, inclding the review of specifications, fnctional docmentation, and adherence to qality standards.

IT Architectre & Systems nderstanding: Apply a strong nderstanding of IT infrastrctre and enterprise applications, managing architectral interconnections and operational dependencies across complex environments.

Technology & Continos Learning: Qickly familiarize yorself with new technologies and continosly expand yor technical knowledge to spport evolving project and bsiness needs.

Cross-Fnctional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Bsiness and Central Fnctions, ensring effective commnication, alignment, and overall coordination throghot the project lifecycle.

Yor profile:

Yo have sccessflly completed training or a degree in Project Management or a comparable qalification and at least 5 years of professional experience.

Yo have experience in planning, management, and control of classic and agile projects, inclding the integration and management of external service providers.

Corporate backgrond in a global environment, experience in comparable service indstries is considered beneficial.

Yo have a profond nderstanding of complex process flows and how to implement them effectively.

Yo bring an independent and strctred way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.

Yor work approach is characterized by commitment and a time-conscios, conscientios, and service-oriented mindset.

Yo feel comfortable in a cross-fnctional interface role and in managing overlapping workstream alignment and dependencies identification.

Yo have excellent commnication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to confidently present complex isses to diverse adiences in an nderstandable way.

Yo are flent in English (written and spoken).

Yo are willing to travel occasionally.

Basic knowledge of project management software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
