The Work

As an Experience Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead customer-centric transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, brand experience, and business performance.

• Defining customer experience transformation strategies
• Leading end-to-end customer journey redesign initiatives
• Driving digital marketing and personalization programs
• Facilitating customer insight and service design workshops
• Managing complex client engagements and delivery teams
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and innovation
• Collaborating with strategy, technology, and data teams
• Leading executive-level stakeholder discussions

Here's What You Need

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing transformation, consulting, or digital strategy
• Experience leading customer journey and experience transformation projects
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with CRM, Adobe, Salesforce, or marketing technology platforms
• Design Thinking certification
• Experience within consulting organizations
