We are looking for a junior CFO to join a Real Estate Asset Manager.




Tasks

• Financial Operations & Controls (Hands-On)


• Real Estate Financial Management


• Cash Flow & Treasury


• Strategic & Business Support


• External Coordination

• 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate finance


• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles


• Experience in real estate, property management, development, or investment strongly preferred


• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling required)


• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment


• Willingness to be hands-on and operational, not just supervisory

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills


• Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable taking ownership


• Practical problem-solver with a business mindset


• Strong communicator who can work closely with non-finance teams


• Broad exposure across finance, operations, and strategy
