Your role

We're looking for strong team players to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Brand and Marketing.

You'll get to:

• support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans
• collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations
• conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies
• support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits
• support sponsorship request management, sponsorship project coordination and processes
• support on content development across UBS Art Channels - editorial, social, newsletter and more
• contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• contribute to the measurement/performance optimization of our sponsorships and partnerships
• support employee and community activation of our platforms
• provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed

Your team

You'll be working in the International Sponsorship & Partnership team based in Zurich. We manage and activate UBS' international culture sponsorship platforms, our partnership with Art Basel including our joint Art Market Research publications, the Fondation Beyeler or Art SG to meet the firm's business and brand objectives. Working closely with other marketing, sponsorship and events teams across the organization and different time zones is our day-to-day work.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• has passion about sponsorships and marketing
• has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
• is proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
• has ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• has flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• is fluent in English, any other language skills are a plus
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
