OUR DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MARKET BUSINESS AND ENCOMPASSES SALES, TRADING AND BANKING FUNCTIONS. WE ARE SEEKING A SALESPERSON TO MANAGE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES FOR NON-JAPANESE CUSTOMERS, WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON KOREAN COMPANIES. AS A JAPANESE BANK, OUR CUSTOMER BASE CONSISTS MOSTLY OF JAPANESE COMPANIES, HOWEVER, WE HAVE A CLEAR OBJECTIVE TO EXPAND OUR BUSINESS WITH NON-JAPANESE CLIENTS IN THE FUTURE. IN RECENT YEARS, WE HAVE BEEN PLACING GREATER EMPHASIS ON CROSS-BROADER AND ONSHORE/OFFSHORE BUSINESS, AND FROM THIS PERSPECTIVE, WE REGULARLY COLLABORATE WITH OTHER APAC TREASURY TEAMS, INCLUDING THOSE IN HONG KONG, SINGAPORE AND TOKYO.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute transactions and provide advisory services for foreign exchange and derivatives products to customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by efficiently and professionally addressing customers inquiries and requests.
• Ensure effective risk management by strictly adhering to all relevant internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support various tasks and initiatives related to the Treasury/Sales teams and regional operations as required.
• Prepare and deliver regular client reports and presentations, and participate in client meetings and events, including occasional on-site engagements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate FX / Derivatives Sales.
• CDIA (Certified Derivatives Investment Analyst) certification is required for this role.
• VBA skills are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a dynamic, result-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all deliverables.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
