Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Marketing Executive to support its digital campaign and brand growth initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining the brand's digital presence, ensuring high-quality content creation, and supporting the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conceptualize, and produce engaging, high-quality content (graphics, copy, and videos) tailored for different digital platforms.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end content shoots, managing everything from equipment setup
• Own the day-to-day management of our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Track, analyze, and report on monthly social media performance metrics to continuously optimize audience reach and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day social media channels, execute a structured monthly content calendar, and actively engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related creative field.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical proficiency in video editing software (CapCut) and graphic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
• Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and creative storytelling.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video editing, content creation, or past campaign executions is highly preferred.
