Job Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of adviser on-boarding, validation, and coding
• Maintain accurate records of adviser licensing and distribution assignments
• Support governance processes including annual compliance and fit & proper exercises
• Monitor and process policy allocations, reactivation, and suspension checks
• Deliver accurate reporting and ensure adherence to operational timelines
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve SOPs
• Support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Distribution Sales Support (DSS) should have:

• Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services operations
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
• Experience managing administrative workflows and compliance-related tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
