Your new role

• Conduct sample reviews and control checks on tax and cross-border client activities.
• Monitor and identify potential policy breaches or risk issues involving Front Office teams and Client Advisors.
• Investigate findings and coordinate with stakeholders on remediation and corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk and control frameworks.
• Provide guidance and reminders to business teams on regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Assist with control monitoring, reporting, and governance-related activities.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks, including regional stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1+ year of banking, audit, risk, compliance, or controls experience are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Conversational Mandarin is preferred; Cantonese is a plus.
