Senior Associate – Compliance Solutions

The Role

As a Senior Associate , you will manage and deliver comprehensive corporate compliance services to a diverse portfolio of external clients. Working closely with leadership, you will ensure high-quality client servicing and timely delivery of compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Portfolio Management: Directly manage and support a portfolio of clients, ensuring service excellence and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client files.
2. AML & Compliance Operations: Conduct AML screening, execute risk assessments, and handle day-to-day AML and compliance matters for clients.
3. Regulatory Alignment: Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with changing laws and regulations.
4. Business Support: Assist with drafting client proposals, maintain daily timesheets to meet weekly targets, and support business development/industry events.
5. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team projects, provide cross-coverage for colleagues, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of compliance experience in asset management / financial services for MAS-regulated entities .
2. Education: Degree holder (University or equivalent).
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
4. Communication: Fluent in English (written & spoken) with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
