Job Description

Sales is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.

Credit Cards

Credit Cards covers activities related to directing and controlling all Consumer and Commercial Cards businesses.

Responsibilities include development of objectives, policies, and plans to maximize market penetration and profits, while also managing the overall credit risk of the business and collections.

Commercial Cards

The Commercial Cards focus specializes in activities and functional areas that support the Commercial Cards business and/or products.

May be responsible for the sale and business development of new payment products, including digital initiatives, specifically regarding payment innovations. Additional activities include educating customers on the new types of payment products offered by the firm.

Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
