Our client is a Licensed Fund Management Company (A/I LFMC) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and part of a global Group of companies. Its flagship funds are funds of hedge funds and also acts as a fund manager of a variable capital company (VCC) which is utilized by clients to hold their investments.
Description
* Develop VCC business
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
* Pitch product offerings (particularly VCC) to the clients
* Negotiate contractual terms with the clients and service providers
* Work with external lawyers to prepare fund documents
* Monitor the portfolio of VCC as investment manager
* Manage the service providers including lawyers, bankers, tax advisors, administrators and auditors
Profile
A successful VCC Manager should have:
* Relevant experience (at least 5 years) and track record in marketing financial products to Accredited and Institutional Investors, particularly in Singapore
* Knowledge and experience in VCC preferred
* Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree or above
