Our client is a growing PE fund in the mid markets space, seeking an Analyst /Senior Analyst for their Investment team (new position). Reporting to the VP of the team, the successful candidate will support private equity direct / co-investment, fund investment and fund-raising activities in the Asia Pacific region. Liaising with internal and external parties (lawyers, consultants) on assigned portfolios are also expected.

Required competencies and experience :

1. Tertiary qualified; CFA preferred.
2. At least 1-2 years PE / Investment Bank / M&A experience.
3. Strong financial modeling skills (DCFs, etc); willing to learn and a fast learner.
4. Collaborative and a team player; keen to build a career in PE; willing to put in the hours.
5. In view of existing client portfolios, fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa would be an advantage.
