We are partnering with a professional services organization that is looking to hire a Business Development Manager based in Singapore to support its growth across the APAC region. This individual will play a key role in developing new client relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving commercial opportunities across a range of corporate solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager in Singapore:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the region.
- Drive business growth through direct sales efforts, partnerships, networking, and referral channels.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support client onboarding processes and ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple markets to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on commercial opportunities.
Requirements for the Business Development Manager in Singapore:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in B2B business development, sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong track record of developing new business and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
- Experience within professional services, corporate advisory, financial services, compliance, accounting, tax, legal, or related sectors would be advantageous.
