Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Credit Risk Management Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in shaping credit policy and ensuring robust risk management frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and maintain credit policies and procedures while monitoring compliance.
2. Prepare regular portfolio reports for senior management, risk committees, and regulators, identifying emerging risks and concentration trends.
3. Develop and maintain methodologies for credit stress testing and execute internal and regulatory stress testing exercises.
4. Enhance Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models in accordance with IFRS 9 and conduct ECL calculation exercises.
5. Establish and maintain an environmental risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including climate stress testing and scenario analysis.
6. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, or Accountancy, complemented by a strong foundation in analytical and quantitative techniques.
2. At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management within large regional or global financial institutions.
3. Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong risk awareness.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
