Join a highly engineering-driven global financial services environment as a hands-on DevOps Engineer, supporting critical production infrastructure across APAC.

This is a strong opportunity for a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer who enjoys working close to engineering teams, automating infrastructure, improving reliability and supporting business-critical systems.

1. Build, maintain and improve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting critical production systems
2. Manage and optimize Kubernetes / EKS environments
3. Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
4. Implement and manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows, including ArgoCD
5. Build monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus and related tools
6. Troubleshoot production infrastructure, participate in incident response and drive root-cause analysis
7. Automate operational processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code
8. Work closely with developers and global technology teams across APAC and the US
9. Support infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability and capacity optimization

1. 5 yrs experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure
2. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and strong Kubernetes / EKS experience in production environments
3. Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
4. Experience with CI/CD , preferably Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar
5. Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps
6. Good knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus or similar observability platforms
7. Strong Linux and scripting skills, preferably Python or Bash
8. Experience supporting business-critical / production systems
9. Comfortable troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and working independently
10. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

1. Financial services, trading or investment technology experience
2. Low-latency / performance-sensitive infrastructure experience
3. CPU pinning, NUMA, bare-metal or colocation experience
4. Infrastructure performance tuning
5. Experience working across global / distributed technology teams
