A multi-national company in the financial services industry is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role is responsible for providing high-level executive support through effective communication, information management, and coordination of daily administrative operations. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and executive events, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and expense reports, and ensuring seamless meeting logistics. The incumbent will review and prioritize correspondence, draft and finalize professional communications, and proactively anticipate executives' needs to ensure schedules and priorities are managed efficiently. The role also liaises professionally with investors, and internal stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion and supporting broader firm-wide administrative initiatives.
Your Profile
Candidates should possess at least 10 years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services industry, or other fast-paced, high-intensity environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
