• Support production readiness activities for upcoming SEIBI 2.0 applications across Trade, Payments, CASA, Lending, and Markets by helping track deliverables and readiness milestones.
• Assist in transition planning from project implementation to production support and BAU operations by coordinating with project teams, application owners, and support groups.
• Help review and maintain production readiness checklists, support documentation, operational procedures, and handover materials.
• Assist with ITSM and CMDB onboarding activities by gathering required details, validating information, and ensuring support documentation is complete.
• Support coordination of application handover sessions, knowledge transfer meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Help monitor action items, dependencies, and risks related to production transition and escalate issues where required.
• Assist in preparing status reports, readiness trackers, meeting minutes, and management updates for stakeholders.
• Support validation of operational support models, escalation contacts, and support processes before handover into BAU.
• Perform ad-hoc coordination, documentation, and administrative support tasks related to production readiness and transition activities.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in application support, production operations, IT transition management, and service readiness.
• Basic understanding of application lifecycle, production support processes, or IT service management concepts is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on action items.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and status updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with checklists, handover materials, and support records.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across project, technology, and support teams.
