Job Description

A leading international trust and fiduciary services provider is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the administration of complex trust and corporate structures while delivering high-quality service to international private clients.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Relationship Managers in the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, intermediaries, and other professional advisors
Prepare and maintain statutory records, corporate documentation, and trust records
Assist with document execution, payment preparation, drafting resolutions, and meeting minutes
Support the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
Prepare internal and external client correspondence and documentation
Manage the opening, maintenance, and closure of custodian and bank accounts
Maintain accurate client records within internal management systems
Assist with client structure closures, transfers, and restructuring processes
Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives as required
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary best practices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience within a trust company, fiduciary services provider, private office, or corporate services environment
Good knowledge of trust and company administration processes
Understanding of fiduciary, corporate, and regulatory requirements affecting international private clients
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment products
STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is considered an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Business Central or similar client management systems is an advantage
Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, reliable, and client-focused with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic international team
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
