Main tasks:

• Own authorization and security management across SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, IBP, and Ariba.
• Act as IT system owner for SAP GRC systems and the implemented access management and Firefighter processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP roles and authorization models based on business requirements.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, password policies, and segregation of duties compliance across relevant SAP systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO27K, and support audits and documentation reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for SAP-related security incidents, including investigation, resolution, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support 1st level support in day-to-day user access management and provide guidance on effective use of GRC processes.
• Represent the security stream in SAP projects, including rollouts and large-scale company initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs for all relevant SAP systems.
• Contribute to the internal IT control framework by providing data and support for ITGC testing in the SAP security and authorization area.
• Deliver training to global and local business users on SAP GRC processes.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a functional SAP Security & Authorization Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, including SAP Basis/BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
• Proven experience with SAP GRC and/or IAG systems.
• Strong hands-on experience managing users, roles, profiles, and security in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO27K, or similar standards.
• Good understanding of end-to-end SAP processes such as procure-to-pay or order-to-cash.
• Open, collaborative personality with the ability to work in an international and distributed team environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
