Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex international event projects, from initial planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and operational strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to guarantee seamless project execution.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
Manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, service excellence, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
Lead problem-solving efforts and make informed decisions in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Support business development activities through the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client recommendations.
Coordinate and contribute to tender processes and competitive proposals, ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned submissions.
Present project plans, operational recommendations, and event concepts to clients and senior decision-makers.
Travel internationally as required to support project planning and on-site event delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.

Profile

Minimum of 8 years of experience in international event management, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects for corporate, institutional, or global clients.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Professional fluency in both English and French; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Experience leading or supporting tender submissions, proposals, or competitive pitch processes.
International mindset with flexibility to travel frequently when required.
