Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company's compliance program in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impact on business operations
• Conduct internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control testing
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams on compliance-related initiatives
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and internal investigations
• Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and regulators
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory roles
• Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Banking
• Exposure to regulatory exams or audits
• Compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CCEP)
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling environments
