We are partnering with a leading Consumer Electronics client to find a Senior Director of Portfolio & Product Management to drive the strategic direction of a global consumer product portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact across innovation, commercial strategy, and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate has a background in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Healthcare, Healthcare SMEs, FMCG, or other consumer-focused B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global portfolio strategy aligned with growth ambitions, consumer needs, and brand positioning
- Build, prioritize, and accelerate a high-impact innovation pipeline based on consumer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Drive excellence in portfolio and product management across the entire product lifecycle
- Accelerate time-to-market and improve go-to-market readiness through effective prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead portfolio optimization initiatives to maximize growth, profitability, and long-term value creation
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic investment decisions
- Ensure global alignment across regions for product roadmaps, launches, commercialization plans, and execution priorities
- Drive data-based decision-making through analytics, financial modelling, business cases, and performance tracking
- Develop and implement consumer-centric pricing and value proposition strategies in collaboration with commercial teams
- Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global product management team
- Oversee the global category budget, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined investment allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements
Experience & Background
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing, portfolio management, or product management
- Proven track record of leading global portfolios, accelerating innovation pipelines, and driving successful commercialization strategies
- Strong experience within Consumer Electronics, Consumer Healthcare, Healthcare SMEs, FMCG, or other consumer-focused B2C environments
- Demonstrated success in shortening development cycles, accelerating product launches, and improving speed-to-market
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, financial modelling, portfolio management, and business case development
- Experience leading complex cross-functional and international teams
- Familiarity with regulated industries and global product environments
Education
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Additional certifications in marketing strategy, market research, or pricing are a plus

- Fluent English required; German is a plus
