Workday Product Owner – Recruiting & VNDLY vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Own and continuously develop the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY.


• Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Workday solutions for permanent and external workforce processes.


• Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.


• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.


• Define and manage the backlog, priorities, and technical requirements.


• Ensure smooth integrations across the HR and enterprise application landscape, including Workday HCM, SAP BTP, and vendor management solutions.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in a Technical Product Owner, Workday Product Owner, Solution Architect, or similar role in complex enterprise environments.


• Strong expertise in Workday, with proven experience in Workday Recruiting and ideally Workday VNDLY.


• Solid understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes, and integrations.


• Experience managing and evolving Workday capabilities within a global organisation.


• Language skills: English
