What you'll do
In this key role, you'll be supporting the Data technology function within Data and analytics. We'll look to you to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, from roadmap ownership and feature prioritization to launch and post-release evaluation. You'll ensure strategic alignment through clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication, while proactively managing risks and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
You'll also provide technical guidance to engineering teams, articulate customer pain points, and define performance metrics to measure success. We'll also look to you to lead and mentor team members, supporting hiring efforts, and enabling agile decision-making to maintain momentum and deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

- Making data-driven decisions that improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Providing regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends
The skills you'll need

You'll also have:
- Previous experience with Event Based Architecture/systems
- Preferable experience and knowledge of Kafka & Kafka Connect
- Beneficial but not essential experience working with StreamSets
