A well-established and highly regarded firm in Littlehampton is entering an exciting period of growth and regeneration and theyre looking for a forward-thinking Commercial Property Solicitor to be part of it.

This is more than just a jobits an opportunity to make your mark , influence the direction of a department, and work closely with the Managing Partner to modernise the firms approach to commercial property work.

The Role

Youll join a busy, close-knit property team and take on a broad, high-quality caseload that includes:

• Sales and purchases of commercial property
• Commercial leases new, renewal, assignment
• Land development, promotion agreements, and options
• Site acquisitions, disposals, and secured lending
• Plot sales and transactional support for local developers

Youll also play a part in shaping the firms future contributing to departmental growth, supporting marketing and BD efforts, and being actively involved in developing internal systems and processes as the firm moves forward.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a commercially minded solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and keen to bring new ideas to the table. Youll need:

• Solid experience in commercial property law
• A client-first mindset with clear, professional communication
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• Awareness of regulatory requirements (SRA Accounts Rules, SRA Handbook etc.)
• A genuine interest in helping grow and modernise the department
• The drive to develop your career as part of a future-focused team
