With an entrepreneurial culture and ambitious growth plans, the firm is looking to expand its investment team in London. What the job involves

• Originate, evaluate and execute investments across decarbonisation and sustainable infrastructure
• Build financial models, valuations and investment analyses
• Coordinate due diligence and support transaction execution
• Prepare investment committee materials and investment recommendations
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation
• Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Experience in investment banking, within infrastructure, energy or related sectors
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Experience in investment banking, private equity or infrastructure investing
• Strong transaction execution and due diligence experience
• Advanced financial modelling and transaction structuring capabilities
• Ability to independently manage investment workstreams and support junior team members
