Join our team as a
Complex Claims Casualty Claims Adjuster and become part of a company that truly values integrity, innovation, and collaboration. Whether you prefer working remotely or from our Tamworth office, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding claims management solutions.



We can offer this role on a fully remote basis.




How you'll make an impact

• Take charge of a diverse portfolio of local authority public and employer liability claims, covering property damage, personal injury and officials' indemnity.


• Use your expertise to assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.


• Build strong relationships by working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, insurers and claimants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


• Offer trusted guidance and expert advice to clients at every stage of the claims process.


• Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.


• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency.

About you

• You bring experience in handling high value local authority employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims.


• You have a solid understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance.


• Building strong relationships and communicating effectively comes naturally to you.


• You're skilled at managing your workload, staying organised, and meeting deadlines.


• Your negotiation and problem-solving abilities set you apart.


• You're detail-focused, highly organised, and confident in assessing liability and quantum across a range of claims.
