We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team based in our London office on a maternity cover fixed term contract, with a preference of start date being late November.



This role will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CFO, General Counsel, and Head of IT, ensuring the smooth running of executive activities and enabling effective business operations across the organisation. You'll also manage complex diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, support reports and presentations, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and visas.



To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience supporting C-suite or Executive-level stakeholders, strong organisational and communication skills, and previous experience managing complex travel arrangements, including visa requirements and working closely with travel agents. Industry experience is not essential; we are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate strong Executive Support experience and a professional, approachable manner.
