About the role

Our IT Graduate Programme offers a unique work experience across different areas within the Bank's IT department covering Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security, IT Risk & Compliance, and Project Management.

You will gain exposure and learn about the Bank's core systems and applications. You will be involved in some IT projects and assist with the daily operations.

You will be provided tailored training that will enhance your skills and experience during your IT Graduate Programme and beyond.

What you will do

• Collaborate with other departments within the Bank to help achieve IT objectives
• Familiarise yourself with the Bank's core systems and applications
• Contribute to project planning, coordination and implementation
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and regular reporting updates
• Participate in enhancing the systems to drive efficiencies
• Undertake research and administrative tasks
• Take on new challenges and develop skills

What we are looking for

• Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Software development skills on open platforms
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of programming
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and eager to learn
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Highly organised
• Commercial awareness
