Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a consulting background looking to take the lead on complex business and digital transformation programmes?

We're looking for Senior Business Analysts to join a growing consulting team, working with a diverse portfolio of clients to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping business solutions, engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery from discovery through to implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing decision-making and driving meaningful change.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex transformation programmes.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and produce AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Produce user stories, process maps, functional specifications and supporting documentation.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases and support solution evaluation.
• Work closely with delivery teams, architects and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness and change initiatives.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic business analysis expertise.

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• A consulting background is essential.
• Experience delivering complex business or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong business process modelling and process improvement experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions.

Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis Diploma, CBAP or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
