Senior Deal Desk Manager

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and revenue generation while influencing key business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the deal review and approval process across the sales organization
• Partner with Sales leadership to structure complex commercial agreements and pricing strategies
• Evaluate deal risk, profitability, and compliance with company guidelines
• Drive contract, pricing, and discount approvals while balancing business objectives
• Build scalable processes, policies, and workflows that improve sales velocity
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Executive leadership on strategic transactions
• Analyze deal trends and provide recommendations to improve forecasting and operational efficiency
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the entire deal lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 4-10 years of Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience supporting SaaS, technology, AI, or other high-growth venture-backed companies
• Strong commercial judgment with experience reviewing pricing, discounting, and contract terms
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, or similar systems
• Experience owning an end-to-end enterprise process
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred
