You will have the opportunity to:

• Learn and execute meaningful work engagements that have an impact on organizations through client projects, internal initiatives, and research

Digital Advisory: Baker Tilly's Digital Advisory practice helps organizations leverage technology to solve complex business challenges, improve operations, and drive meaningful transformation. As a Digital Advisory Associate, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on impactful client engagements while gaining hands-on experience within an assigned practice. Successful candidates will be:

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

• Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2026/2027 school year in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Information/Data Management, Management Information Systems/Technology, or a related field

Successful candidates will have:

• Expected graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028

• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) as a required part of the application process.

• Relevant work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired

• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display passion and commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, achieving results and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties

• Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries

• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills

The pay rate ranges for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.



In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $27.50 to $92.4



In Washington DC: pay rate range is $30 to $100.80



In Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $26.25 to $88.20
