The Change Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating operational and process change initiatives to support our clients. This role partners with business leaders, operations, technology teams, and stakeholders to ensure changes are effectively planned, communicated, adopted, and sustained while minimizing business disruption and operational risk.

The Change Manager develops and executes change management strategies, oversees stakeholder engagement, and drives continuous improvement across change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for business and operational initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts and identify affected stakeholders, processes, controls, and operating models.
• Establish project governance and escalation frameworks for key initiatives.

• Develop and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the rationale, benefits, impacts, and timelines of change initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and leadership briefings.

• Identify organizational and operational risks associated with change initiatives.
• Track and report change progress, readiness, and outcomes to leadership.

• Coordinate change activities across multiple business units and functional teams.
• Support implementation planning and execution to minimize service disruption.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Operations, Business Transformation, Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading change initiatives in complex organizations.
• Financial services experience.
• Experience working across operations, technology, risk, and business teams.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
