Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and other private wealth channels.
• Source and qualify prospective investors through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for existing investors, helping to manage ongoing communications and relationship management initiatives.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on capital formation, fundraising strategy, and investor engagement efforts.
• Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, due diligence requests, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate investor activity and pipeline information within CRM systems.
• Assist with preparation of marketing materials, fundraising presentations, and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in business development, investor relations, fundraising, capital formation, or private wealth distribution.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, private markets, or investment management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage sophisticated investors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
