Description
- Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and payment inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies.
- Support month-end close activities, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize SAP, Esker, Concur, and Excel to support daily accounts payable operations.

Profile
A successful AP Specialist should have:
- 2-5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience resolving vendor and payment discrepancies.
