  • Delivering monthly management reporting covering revenue, costs, EBITDA, and cash performance

  • Providing clear and meaningful variance commentary against budget and forecast

  • Analysing key business drivers, performance trends, and financial outcomes

  • Identifying risks and opportunities and supporting recommendations for improvement

  • Producing executive-ready financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Management Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Ensuring consistency between planning outputs and reported financial results

  • Reconciling data across multiple systems and investigating variances

  • Supporting the accuracy, integrity, and quality of management information

  • Working closely with Financial Control teams to ensure robust reporting processes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and accuracy

  • Supporting the development of standardised reporting and planning templates

  • Contributing to ongoing enhancements across FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies

  • Helping drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

You'll be analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data in a fast-moving environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or management reporting roles

  • Background in financial services, FinTech, platform businesses, or other complex commercial environments

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful commercial insight

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience producing concise and impactful financial commentary

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

  • Ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance audiences

  • Collaborative approach with a strong customer and stakeholder focus

  • A desire to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced global organisation
