We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading law firm based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Leicester office.



This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build or continue building a career in residential property. The successful applicant will ideally have some experience of working within a busy residential property team, although this is
not essential .




Responsibilities:

This is a varied, full and busy role and will include the following:

• Supporting the Leicester Team


• Dealing with initial paperwork


• Issuing draft contracts


• General administration


• Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.


• Supporting other members of the team whenever possible.


• Post completion responsibilities including the submission of SDLT and Land Registry applications.

Requirements:

• You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.


• Some residential conveyancing experience is preferred and the ability to work within a busy team is essential


• You will be IT literate and committed, ideally with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.
