  • Build ER capability across People Leaders and HR through coaching, guidance and training.
  • Operate with agility in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and pace.
  • Contribute to the continued development of a best-in-class ER service delivery model.
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement activity, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach to change.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across the business and wider HR community.

  • Stakeholders Management - act as a trusted advisor. Collaborate and advise senior business stakeholders (partners and directors) regarding ER matters and apply commercial thinking in decision-making.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in a business setting
