Our client is a global asset manager with a fast-growing ETF platform based in London. The role stewards primary and secondary market trading, delivers liquidity insights, and supports new ETF launches.
Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient execution across primary and secondary ETF markets
- Coordinate with Authorised Participants (APs), portfolio managers and operations on primary market workflows
- Monitor intraday spreads, trading volumes and liquidity to sustain competitive market quality
- Develop or enhance dashboards/tools for liquidity insight and market analysis
- Provide clear, data‑driven ETF market colour to sales teams and clients
- Support new ETF listings and improvements to existing products
- Maintain strong relationships with market makers, brokers and wider ETF ecosystem partners
- Produce liquidity and pre‑trade analysis to support distribution and client needs
- Track market and competitor developments to inform platform strategy
Requirements
- Previous experience in ETF capital markets or ETF trading/operations
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel and Morningstar; Python desirable
