What You'll Do:

Lead the entire lifecycle of custom software solutions, from proposals to rollout and ongoing support.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and technical experts to design and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business strategies.
Draft business proposals, define project scopes, and conceptualize impactful digital solutions.
Manage development teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

What You Bring:

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, software development, or product management.
A passion for technology trends and digital topics such as cloud technologies, app development, and AI.
Proven experience as a (technical) project manager with customer- or consumer-facing applications.
Familiarity with software development concepts (e.g., microservices, Scrum) and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, databases, data integrations, programming, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
