What You'll Do



MyBenefits is BCG's global benefits program, delivered through a global benefits technology platform across 48 countries. As the Global Benefits Manager - MyBenefits, you will be manage day-to-day platform operations, resolve issues in line with established processes, ensure optimal platform performance, and proactively identify and recommend process enhancements and continuous improvements in alignment with the Global Benefits Technology Senior Manager.



You will be BCG's primary operational contact with Benifex, building and maintaining strong relationships with the provider and with Product, HR, local Benefits, Payroll, Tax and other colleagues.



You will support manage and deliver platform enhancements, operational improvements and change requests, and the technology implementation of Benefits Renewals across relevant markets, including BCG's largest annual renewal in the UK, running from July through the January payroll cycle. The Senior Technology Manager oversees renewals and makes final decisions; you will coordinate the delivery and planning and bring options and recommendations to those decisions.



Reporting to the Global Benefits Technology Senior Manager , you will bring deep platform and provider expertise and contribute to more resilient, scalable ways of working across the program.



You will:

• Manage MyBenefits platform operations across markets, working with Benifex and BCG's Product team to maintain reliable service, resolve escalated technical and operational issues, and address root causes to prevent recurrence.


• Deliver the technology platform design and implementation of Benefits Renewals across relevant markets, managing scope, timelines, change requests, platform builds, data accuracy and coordination with local teams, and developing mitigation plans for delivery risks.


• Deliver the platform build for the annual UK Benefits Renewal, BCG's largest, from July kick-off through delivery in the January payroll cycle, partnering with UK Benefits, Payroll, Benifex and Product, setting and meeting milestone deadlines, and referring scope, cost and go-live decisions to the Senior Technology Manager with a clear recommendation.


• Own the intake, prioritization, governance, and tracking of platform change requests; resolve issues within your remit and refer material risks or decisions with analysis and a recommended course of action.


• Deliver platform enhancements, integrations, implementations and modular upgrades with Benifex, Product team, HR, Workday and local teams, drawing conclusions from data to make clear go-live recommendations; evaluate Benifex releases and promote adoption of new functionality across markets.


• Monitor platform performance and provider service levels, using rigorous analysis of operational data and user feedback to frame issues, address root causes, and prepare BCG's input to Quarterly Business Reviews.


• Take business requirements from local HR and Benefits teams, assess options, advise on recommended solutions and trade-offs, and work with the Product team and Benifex to deliver them, applying universal design principles.


• Resolve data and provider-reporting discrepancies affecting benefits administration and payroll, working with relevant teams to fix root causes and strengthen controls.


• Apply and share relevant policies, controls and data-protection practices, and contribute to practices that mitigate risk.


• Lead project and vendor working sessions with clear objectives and deliverables, and share platform knowledge with Benefits colleagues.

What You'll Bring

• 6-10 years of experience in global benefits operations or another global HR Center of Excellence function.


• Deep benefits knowledge across operations, processes and market considerations.


• Deep, hands-on experience administering HR technology platforms and managing operational processes and change.


• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects to deadline, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.


• Structured, rigorous analytical and problem-solving skills; able to frame challenges, address root causes and proactively drive solutions.


• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external providers and internal partners across global teams, and to advise stakeholders on solutions.


• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential employee data, and a willingness to share knowledge.


• Experience with provider management, Workday, payroll, data processes, or system integrations is highly desirable.

Who You'll Work With



You will be part of BCG's Global Benefits team, reporting to the Global Benefits Technology Senior Manager and working closely with the Global Benefits Senior Specialist - MyBenefits. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Product team, local Benefits and HR teams, Payroll, Tax, and Workday teams to support MyBenefits across BCG's global markets.



You will also build a strong day-to-day working relationship with Benifex, our benefits technology provider, bringing together the right internal and external teams to support effective platform operations, renewals, and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of spending approximately 50% of working time in the office.
