As the team continues to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Analyst to support investment activities across their real estate platform. What the job involves

• Lead underwriting and monitoring of real estate investment opportunities
• Support portfolio management, reporting and performance analysis
• Review financial models, due diligence and investment recommendations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, fund managers and advisers across investment initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Experience in real estate investing, private markets or a related field
• Experience leading underwriting, due diligence or investment workstreams
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive investor with an interest in real estate and institutional investing
