What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide clinical and operational expertise to support procurement, transformation and service improvement programmes.

  • Support procurement activities by assessing clinical needs and ensuring proposed solutions are appropriate for healthcare environments.

  • Contribute to service design, supplier evaluation and the assessment of proposed solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, optimise resources and deliver cost savings without compromising patient care.

  • Support transformation and change programmes, helping to develop and implement effective service improvements.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support programme delivery and achieve measurable improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience contributing to transformation, change management or service improvement programmes.

  • A track record of identifying and delivering cost savings, efficiencies or measurable service improvements.

  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into practical recommendations that support effective procurement and service delivery.

  • A strong understanding of the importance of maintaining service quality and patient care while achieving value for money.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale healthcare procurement or transformation programmes.

  • Experience working across both NHS and private healthcare environments.

  • Experience evaluating supplier proposals, service models or alternative approaches to healthcare delivery.

  • Experience delivering sustainable improvements in service quality, efficiency and operational performance.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise beyond day-to-day service delivery, contributing to procurement decisions and transformation initiatives that can improve healthcare services, deliver efficiencies and achieve better outcomes.
