The Opportunity

Join a leading global financial services firm as part of the expansion of its FX & Interest Rates business.
Report directly to the Head of Trading.
Become a key hire in building the firm's global rates platform.
High level of ownership with the opportunity to shape products, strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Structure and trade corporate interest rate hedging solutions.
Work across swaps, caps, floors and vanilla rates products.
Develop and manage structured rates products, including:
CMS-linked structures
Range accruals
Steepeners
Other bespoke rates solutions
Partner closely with sales and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Candidate Profile

5-10 years' experience in Structured Rates Trading or Structuring.
Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and structured products.
Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
Rates experience is essential; exposure to FX is beneficial but not required.
