The Role
We are currently hiring for a Solutions Architect in our Manchester office to play a key role in designing and shaping enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business outcomes while supporting delivery across multiple projects and teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Solution design ownership : Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of solution designs across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Technical leadership : Provide guidance to development teams, supporting implementation, overcoming delivery challenges and promoting best practice.

Stakeholder collaboration : Work closely with architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery outcomes.

Architecture governance : Ensure adherence to technical standards, guardrails and architectural frameworks across all solutions.

Continuous improvement & planning : Contribute to planning ceremonies, influence technology roadmaps and drive improvements to systems, frameworks and delivery pipelines.

What We're Looking For:
Enterprise architecture expertise : Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise, distributed and web-based architectures.

SDLC & delivery knowledge : Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience across full system development lifecycles.

Technical breadth : Solid knowledge of modern architecture approaches, including service-based and cloud-based systems.

Stakeholder engagement : Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, guide and collaborate across technical and business teams.
Problem solving & leadership: Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and mentor others.
