Fraud Quality Control Analyst II

The Fraud Quality Control Analyst is responsible for assessing production work associated with fraud operations to ensure it meets standards. The role reviews alerts and cases to ensure that appropriate risk mitigation steps were appropriately addressed. This role provides insights into quality trends or process gaps and asserts independence when applying standards. This roles provides production process expertise and escalates concerns for remediation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluates potential fraud indicators and the impact of current fraud trends and makes recommendations as to appropriate mitigation.
  • Develops quality controls needed to inspect production quality.
  • Reviews work of production teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Identifies opportunities for process and control enhancements.
  • Tracks remediation of errors identified to ensure proper resolution.

Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: NRF

Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level
6IC

Required Skills:
  • At least 2+ Years of experience in Fraud Operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Quality Control

Base Pay Range: $55,200/yr - $71,200/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
