Major Duties

• Take inbound calls from account owners and financial institutions (provide information, place trades, provide statements/confirms).
• Work tasks located in the various call center queues
• Make outbound calls for tasks sent from Ops
• Make outbound calls to provide answers to inbound emails
• Respond to inbound emails when appropriate
• Work with partners from other areas of the bank to provide information or resolve issues
• Make outbound calls or send emails related to RPO or Non-Contact to prevent escheatment
• Special projects assigned by management

Knowledge :Good oral and written communication skills are required. Basic securities industry knowledge is preferred
Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Organizational skills are required to manage priorities and multitask functions in a fast-paced team environment

Experience :A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
Related Industry qualification/ or studying towards, is preferred

Salary Range:
$41,040 - 61,560 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
