An established global investment services platform is launching its first APAC office in Singapore and is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive regional growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading organization that supports some of the world's largest investment managers and alternative asset firms, while playing a key role in building and shaping its APAC presence from the ground up.

Your new role
As Head, you will lead the firm's regional growth strategy across the alternatives and investment management space. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities, building and managing a targeted sales pipeline, and developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, and fund executives. You will partner closely with global leadership, marketing, and operational teams to drive market expansion, deliver client solutions, manage complex sales cycles, and establish the firm's presence across key APAC markets.
What you'll need to succeed

• 10-15 years of business development or sales experience within fund administration, asset management, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong network and credibility with senior decision-makers across Singapore and broader APAC markets.
• Proven track record of originating, managing, and closing complex sales opportunities while delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Good understanding of alternative investments, fund administration, private markets, or related sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level clients.
