Support our EAM (External Asset Managers) Business Management team in risk & compliance tasks. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business management, risk, and regulatory oversight within a Private Banking front organization.

What would your role be?

• Support client reviews, prepare and coordinate the resolution of outstanding review items with front-office teams.
• Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources to support risk and compliance activities.
• Perform data quality checks, analyses, and plausibility reviews to ensure accurate and reliable information.
• Assist with internal audit follow-up activities, including controls, reporting, and tracking of remediation measures.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a motivated young professional who enjoys a hands-on role and is keen to learn and grow on the job.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field.
• Willingness to take ownership of both operational and administrative tasks in a proactive and reliable manner. Strong interest in regulatory, risk, and compliance topics within Private Banking.
• Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
