12-Month Fixed Term | Canberra | Baseline ClearanceAre you a Baseline-cleared HR professional who knows how to confidently navigate complex employee relations matters? We're partnering with a high-profile organisation operating in a highly regulated, secure environment to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 12-month opportunity. This is a hands-on partnering role where you'll work closely with leaders to provide practical, commercially-minded HR advice across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.

What we're looking for You will bring:

Strong, demonstrated 3 years of Employee Relations experience - essential
Experience managing performance, disciplinary, grievance, workplace and conflict resolution matters
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace relations legislation
Confidence in coaching and advising leaders on sensitive people matters
Broader HR Business Partner / HR generalist capability
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Current Baseline security clearance
Must be available to work 5 days on site
